How it works
1
List your delegates
Paste registration numbers, or upload a CSV, with the number of votes each delegate carries.
2
Set up the items
Add each question in advance and choose its type.
3
Open and close as the session goes
Only open items accept votes.
4
Show the result
Publish a closed item to the delegates' phones or to the projector.
What you get
Five question types
Yes or no, select one, select several, ranked choice and write-in.
Weighted votes
A delegate carrying three votes counts as three.
Secret or recorded
Keep only totals, or keep who voted for what for a roll-call record. You choose per item.
Ranked choice done properly
Instant runoff with every round shown, or points (Borda). Ties are reported, never broken at random.
A results page for the room
A separate page for the projector that updates without reloading.
CSV exports
Download totals, votes and voter lists for your minutes.
Ranking that works on a phone
Delegates tap options in order of preference. No dragging. Tap again to remove one.
Every runoff round on screen
See who was dropped in each round and how the votes moved.
Built for a real convention floor
Check-in protection
Repeated wrong registration numbers from one network pause further check-ins from it for ten minutes. You set the limit.
No accounts for delegates
Nothing to register and no passwords to reset on the convention floor.
Numbers stay private
Registration numbers are never shown on public results.

Questions
How do delegates sign in?
They type their registration number. There are no passwords. The number is the only credential, so hand numbers out individually and do not publish the list.
Can a vote be secret?
Yes, per item. For a secret item the plugin stores that a number voted, never how. Totals stay hidden from everyone, including administrators, until the item is closed.
What happens if my subscription ends during a session?
Items that are already open keep accepting votes, and you can still close them, publish results and export. You cannot create or open new items until you renew.
How many delegates can it handle?
There is no set limit on the list. For a large room on one venue network, raise the check-in protection limit before the session.
Does it work with my theme?
It adds two shortcodes that work on any page in any theme. Exclude those pages from full-page caching.
Is voting data sent anywhere?
No. Voting data stays in your WordPress database. Only the license check contacts the store.
