One license covers one website, with support and updates for one year. Requires WordPress 6.0 and PHP 8.1 or later. Try it free for 30 days.

No more paper score sheets and a calculator afterwards

Judges score on their phones

Forms mirror the paper sheets, with tap counts, steppers and time entry. Each judge sees their total before submitting.

Keeps working without signal

Scores are saved on the phone and sync on their own when the connection returns.

Placings worked out for you

Event and overall placings are ready the moment scores come in, with ties handled by your rules.

How it works

1

Units register online

Add the registration form to any page. Units enter their Shrine Center, unit name, wheel type and weight class.

2

Set up judges and seats

Each judge signs in with a WordPress account and gets their seats: inspection, drill, entry and timing, or timekeeper.

3

Score the runs in order

Judges score each run on their phones while the Live Board shows placings by class as scores arrive.

4

Publish the results

Publish each event when you are ready. Overall placings publish only after every event in the class is published.

What you get

Every event scored

Personal and vehicle inspection, drill, Obstacle Course and Slow Ride, scored by your association's rules.

Ties handled properly

Tied units share a place (2, 2, 4). Overall ties go to the drill score, then to an order you set.

A Live Board for the scoring table

Placings by class, refreshed every 5 seconds, with flags for ties, incomplete runs and scores still waiting to sync.

Corrections with a full history

Fix any score from the admin console. Every change is recorded with who made it and when.

Public results and history

A results page that updates on its own, and every year's published results by class and event.

CSV exports and print sheets

A CSV for each unit or the whole competition as a ZIP, plus printable score sheets, blank or pre-filled in run order.

Scoring that works on a phone

Tap, type or say "posture three" and confirm. Voice entry appears only in browsers that support it; tapping and typing always work.

Every placing on one screen

The Live Board shows each class's placings as scores arrive and flags anything that needs your attention.

Built for a real competition day

Works at a dead spot

Judges can reopen the app with no signal and keep scoring from the last run list. Scores sync when the signal returns.

Nothing lost or counted twice

Every score is stored once, the newest version wins, and every change is recorded.

You decide what goes public

Nothing unpublished reaches the results page, the history page or the CSV exports.

Questions

Do judges need an app from the App Store?

No. Judges open your site's /mcs-judge/ page in their phone's browser and sign in with their WordPress account. Ask them to tick "Remember me" so they stay signed in during the event.

What happens when the signal drops?

Judges keep scoring. Scores are saved on the phone and sync on their own when the connection returns. Have each judge open the app once with signal before the event starts.

What happens if my subscription ends during a competition?

A live competition keeps working for 5 days after it went live, so a lapsed license cannot stop your event. History and CSV exports of published results always stay available. Entering a key never shortens your trial.

Can I print the score sheets?

Yes. Print any judge seat's sheet, the Obstacle Course and Slow Ride timing sheets or the Master sheet, blank or pre-filled in run order, on letter paper.

Does it work with my theme?

It adds three shortcodes, for registration, live results and history, that work on any page in any theme. Exclude those pages from full-page caching.

Is scoring data sent anywhere?

No. Registrations and scores stay in your WordPress database. Only the license check contacts the store.
